Our light weight Irish Linen is the ideal weight for light weight garments such as shirts and tops.

Care Instructions:Preshrunk so additional shrinkage should be minimal. Up to 60 degree wash. Medium to Hot Iron. Cool tumble-dry.

This linen was initially designed for the apparel industry. It is our most popular lightweight shirting, clean, soft and crisp ideal for shirts and blouses it is also suitable for or for household use such at covers, drapes, embroidery and is perfect for patchwork.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this linen shrink?

There can be up to 5% shrinkage on first wash and it is advisable to steam iron or wash and iron before making up.

Does this linen crease?

Yes it does, some people say it shows the quality because linen mixes that don’t crease become saggy instead. It takes a hot iron and comes up crisp every time. We suggest if you are wearing it brush it down flat before sitting on it.

Ireland including Nothern Ireland Standard post cost is between €4 and €19

Europe Standard post cost is between €8 and €85

Worldwide Standard post cost is between €10 and €85

Ireland Courier DPD - with tracking is €9.50

This depends on weight, destination and package type. Standard post does not have a tracking number unless the weight is over 2kg. Please note courier service is only available within Ireland.

We cannot issue refunds for fabric that has been cut to measure from the roll. However, if, in spite of our meticulous quality checks, you need to return fabric because it is flawed, we will issue a full refund including shipping charges. This is on condition that the fabric is returned within 14 days and that it has not been cut into. We can refund Haberdashery if you have changed your mind as long as it has not been cut to measure from a roll. It has to be returned to us in the same new condition. This refund does not include postage.
