Description

The fluidity of silk chiffon can inspire you to drape it elegantly across the body. It can also be manipulated easily to create volumous shapes with gathering or rooshing. This can require a lavish amount of silk chiffon in dresses but can also be effective when volume is created on a sleeve or cuff.

What fabric do you use as a lining under silk chiffon?

If you need a lining you would use another good outer fabric because it will still be seen through the chiffon. We would recommend using our Imperial Silk Habotai, Silk Satin Fabric, Silk Crepe De Chine, Double Crepe Silk Fabric, Silk Cotton Fabric or even one of our Cotton Lawns.

Ireland including Nothern Ireland Standard post cost is between €4 and €19

Europe Standard post cost is between €8 and €85

Worldwide Standard post cost is between €10 and €85

Ireland Courier DPD - with tracking is €9.50

This depends on weight, destination and package type. Standard post does not have a tracking number unless the weight is over 2kg. Please note courier service is only available within Ireland.

We cannot issue refunds for fabric that has been cut to measure from the roll. However, if, in spite of our meticulous quality checks, you need to return fabric because it is flawed, we will issue a full refund including shipping charges. This is on condition that the fabric is returned within 14 days and that it has not been cut into. We can refund Haberdashery if you have changed your mind as long as it has not been cut to measure from a roll. It has to be returned to us in the same new condition. This refund does not include postage.
